Standard:  Allow about 5-7 business days for delivery.

Two Day Air:  Order must be submitted before 3:00 pm PST Monday – Friday. 

*We don't provide the delivery service to  Alaska or Hawaii.

 

Returns & Replacements

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it within 7 days of delivery to us for a full refund. Usually we will process your refund at 2-3 days after receive your return.  Please return your merchandise to your local Lohas fresh mart store in California, or send your merchandise back to us at:

Return & Exchange Policy

We refund any order with a copy of your original invoice to the original payment method if mailed to the address listed above. 

You can return or exchange your item(s) to our any local store with a copy of your original invoice.

If you order was purchase using PayPal and returned to a store with your original invoice, a Store Credit will be issued.

You can make changes or cancel your order at any time before your order has been shipped. To make changes to your order, email us at info@lohasfreshmart.com  or call us at 626-300-3998. If you order has been shipped, you will only able to do refund of the merchandise.
